running

Up for a five mile run. I hate running. it is hell but i have learned one thing in life, my life was always a million times better when I am in a regular exercise routine. I have been lazy. I have found myself in a bit of a rut, blaming this and that. I dont accept laziness out of myself. running is work and it sucks and that is why most people dont run. I have a lot of energy and if I dont exercise it turns in on me. Laziness is a fool's paradise and a lazy artist is a dead artist. Damn I hate running.
